PURCHASING ITEMS


How do I purchase an item?
Place selected item/s in your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, go to checkout.

How do I pay?
Payment can be made using Paypal or direct deposit. Paypal - A safe, easy and quick method of paying using your credit card or debit Visa Card or MasterCard.

Can I use Paypal if I don't have a Paypal account?
Yes, to pay via Paypal with a credit card, you do not need a Paypal account. Alternatively, at checkout, you can select the Direct Deposit option and our bank account details will be emailed to you. When payment is received your item/s will be dispatched.

When do I have to pay?
We request that payment is made within 48 hours of the order being placed. Where payment has not been made, we will contact you via email. If payment is not received after this email, the items will be returned to the website for sale and the order will be cancelled.

 

When will you send my order?

We will post your order as soon as your payment has been cleared. We will notify you when this is done.

 

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

What do you charge for postage?

Postage is charged at a flat rate of $8.50. This rate is in accordance with Australia Post postage rates. The postage charge includes postage, packaging and handling.

 

Can I organise express postage?

Yes, we offer express postage as an option during checkout. Express postage is charged at a flat rate of $11.55. Again, this is in accordance with Australia Post. Generally, express post is overnight but it's best to check the Australia Post website for delivery times. The postage charge includes postage, packaging and handling.

 

Do you offer free postage?

Yes! If your order total exceeds $75, postage is free.

 

Does the postage price include parcel tracking?

Yes. At the time of posting, your tracking number will be recorded. If you do not receive your goods within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we can track your parcel.

Can you send items overseas?
Yes. However, we are only able to post greeting cards overseas. Postage will be determined based on the recipients location.

How will I receive my order?
Your orders will be sent regular mail through Australia Post. If you require an item urgently, we can arrange for express postage, however, additional postage charges will apply.

When will I receive my order?
We will aim to package and ship all orders within 48 hours of payment being received. Delivery time will be in accordance with regular Australia Post delivery time.

 

What if I don't receive my order?

Please contact us so we are able to track your order through Australia Post. However, we will not be responsible for lost or missing items, as all items are recorded on the day they are sent from the Post Office. 

Can you send my order to another recipient?
Your order can be personalised and sent to anyone of your choice. Details will need to be provided at time of placing order.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

 

Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we can do custom orders. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. However, while we can do custom orders, the image you have in your mind and what we interpret and complete can be very different. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please contact us and we can discuss it further with you. With regard to invitations or items that show a particular name or initial, these can be customised to suit your request, if available.

Do you have a Privacy Policy?

We collect information from you when you place an order on our website. The information we collect from you may include, your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is used to process and complete your online order. We do not collect your credit card information as payments are made through PayPal. Your personal details are not stored, transferred, sold or given to any other company for any reason. By using our online store, you agree to the terms and conditions of sale.

 

Do you have a Refund Policy?

All photos shown are as accurate as possible regarding colour, size and finish. Should you have any concerns or questions, please contact us prior to placing your order. All of our items are handmade using quality products and are checked prior to posting. Please note, Circles and Crosses do not exchange or refund if you change your mind.
